General Education Services Corporation, leadership with a vision, is a Professional Organization that takes over tasks associated with the administration of employees of its client school districts. GESC can take over any or all of the tasks that are normally handled by the Human Resources Department but the school district decides which tasks will be transferred.

Services provided to current school districts include payroll processing, professional development training, handling audits and worker's compensation claims. Educational Services also handles employee social security benefits, employee motivation and employee evaluation.

Human Resource Outsourcing is one of today's newest management strategies. GESC becomes the legal employer of record. GESC assumes the responsibilities and liabilities for the employees.

Employee Orientation and Professional Development
We will provide an orientation and conduct professional development training sessions to ensure that all employees are empowered with the best strategies and practices to succeed in the classroom. In addition, teachers will receive a group employee orientation to explain our role with regards to employee administration and your personnel policy.
